Dealer, OEM Partner and Distributor registrations are reviewed by our team. Approval only opens a partner account. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.<\/p>\n<p>We do not send marketing emails. If we plan to, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Partner registration and account approval<\/h2>\n<p>You can register as an <strong>Agrobusiness, Researcher, Dealer, OEM Partner or Distributor<\/strong> partner. The registration forms ask for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your email address, name, password and country;<\/li>\n<li>your company name (required for Dealers, OEM Partners and Distributors; optional for the other categories);<\/li>\n<li>a short description of yourself and your interest in joining;<\/li>\n<li>optionally, your website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You also confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<p>After you register:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Researcher and Agrobusiness:<\/strong> your account is approved automatically and you are logged in straight away.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dealer, OEM Partner and Distributor:<\/strong> your account is <strong>pending<\/strong> until our team reviews it. Until then you cannot log in. We may approve or decline a registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Approved partners see prices for their partner category and can send product requests.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Product requests<\/h2>\n<p>Partners can request information about a specific robot with our product request form. The form collects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the selected product;<\/li>\n<li>your full name and email address (filled in from your account; you can edit them);<\/li>\n<li>your country;<\/li>\n<li>optionally, your company name and additional information;<\/li>\n<li>your confirmation that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With each request we also store:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the account ID and account email of the logged-in user;<\/li>\n<li>the IP address of the submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We use these to link the request to your account and to prevent misuse.<\/p>\n<p>When you send a request, our company mailbox receives a notification and you receive an automatic confirmation by email. <strong>Your request is handled directly by our own team.<\/strong> We contact you by email to discuss pricing, availability and the next steps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sending a request does not create an order, a payment or any obligation to buy.<\/strong> The website has no online checkout. Any purchase is agreed with you directly.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Contact form and emails<\/h2>\n<p>If you use the contact form on our &#8220;Contact Us&#8221; page, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address and message. We also receive your confirmation that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Messages are delivered to <a href=\"mailto:info@workaholic-robotics.com\">info@workaholic-robotics.com<\/a> and used only to answer you. The same applies if you email us directly.<\/p>\n<p>Our website sends emails, such as registration and approval notices and request confirmations, through the email delivery service <strong>Brevo<\/strong>. Our company mailbox is provided by <strong>Google Workspace<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Cookies and similar technologies<\/h2>\n<p>Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser&#8217;s session storage, work in a similar way. They are loaded in YouTube&#8217;s privacy-enhanced mode, and <strong>only after you click to play<\/strong>. YouTube may then set cookies or similar storage and receive your IP address. <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google&#8217;s privacy policy<\/a> applies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emoji images:<\/strong> some browsers without emoji support may load images from WordPress.org.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can delete cookies and block them in your browser settings. If you block the account and security cookies, you will not be able to log in.<\/p>\n<p>If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy first, and those tools will run only after you consent.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Service providers and other recipients<\/h2>\n<p>We share personal data only where necessary, with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Hosting:<\/strong> DigitalOcean, LLC. Our website runs on a server in the <strong>Frankfurt, Germany<\/strong> region.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Website email delivery:<\/strong> Brevo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Company mailbox:<\/strong> Google Workspace (Google).<\/li>\n<li><strong>YouTube (Google):<\/strong> only when you play a video (section 8).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional advisers<\/strong> (e.g. accountants, lawyers) and <strong>authorities<\/strong>, where required by law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These providers process data on our behalf, or as described in section 8 for YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>We do not sell personal data.<\/p>\n<h2>10. International data transfers<\/h2>\n<p>Our website server is located in the EU (Germany). Some of our providers, or their group companies, are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example in the USA (DigitalOcean, Google). They may process data outside the EEA in the course of providing their services. Please keep your password confidential and tell us if you suspect misuse of your account.<\/p>\n<h2>15. Children<\/h2>\n<p>Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children&#8217;s data.<\/p>\n<h2>16. Links to other websites<\/h2>\n<p>Our website links to other websites, such as our Facebook and LinkedIn pages. These are plain links, not embedded content.
